This does not even warrant a one star. I made 2 appt for me/husband, and my mother to prepare trusts. Our appt was paid for in advance $500 and our appt was in the first week of July 2023. I waited patiently for the trusts to be written up. I contacted them twice within that time and was told that they are sorry, but will have it out to me shortly. Yesterday, after another prompting I get a letter saying that they are referring me elsewhere and that they will not be completing my Trusts. I paid in advance for the visit with nothing in return. I am beyond pissed and dissatisfied. I demand a refund for my wasted time and their empty promises. I feel used and taken advantage of. I would NOT recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Poor - Fair doesn't even come close to an accurate rating for my experience with this terrible law firm. A more accurate quality rating would be "abysmal". We've been dealing with them due to a property dispute for the last four years and to say they move at a snail's pace would be giving them too much credit. They're communication is horrendous. They basically ignore your emails and phone calls for weeks or months on end, the only reliable constant communication you could expect out of them was when they would send you the bill. Stay as far away from this place as you can!
