Mr Costello sat and talked with me, taking personal information from me. Printed a retainer agreement that I never signed then when I missed the date for us to meet up to talk again, he mailed me an invoice for 350.00 saying that he drafted up custody papers, etc for my case. He lied and now wants to put it on my credit report if I do not pay him within 10 days. He’s a fraud.I never signed anything asking him to represent me. They never said he had a consultation fee. I would stay far away from him.
