The physical therapists and everyone at that medical office was awesome. The treatments provided helped my lower back injury tremendously. Then I was connected to Sandra aka Sandy, who provided me with all the information I needed. When I had questions, Sandy responded by way of email or called me directly. Sandy also kept me updated on the process. Once Sandy completed the preliminaries, she referred me to Rachel. Rachel contacted me and a settlement was agreed upon. I had a generally positive experience with this law firm. The attorneys were knowledgeable and helpful, and when I did hear back from them, they provided great assistance. However, I did have an issue with one staff member, Dave. His attitude was unprofessional, and he seemed to be having a bad day. His tone was not only dismissive but also gave us inaccurate information. While this did affect my overall experience, I appreciated the support I received from the other team members.
