I reached out to Ms. Hickman years ago when I received a reckless driving ticket in Warrenton, VA. She was the only attorney that didn’t try to take advantage of me in terms of cost and fees. I had explained to her that my reason for speeding was due to my friend, who is a diabetic, having an emergency with his blood sugar and needing to find the nearest highway exit.
