Crooks. They took $200 to schedule an appointment. I called to cancel and it took me about 6 calls to get through to someone. When I finally got through the man said he would email accounts payable to reach out regarding my refund. I did not receive any contact so again I called them about 8 times at different times of day and not once did I get through. Not able to speak to anyone only leave a voicemail. Haven’t gotten a cancellation email or anything. Terrible customer service experience. Will be contacting BBB if they do not make this right.
