We booked Richard Herman for a one hour video consultation concerning my wife's Greencard which was not produced 6 months after she entered the USA on an immigrant visa. After taking time to understand our situation, Richard was very straight and to the point about what our options were. We followed his advice regarding who to try and contact at our Senator's Office, and the issue took about 4 days to get resolved (USCIS admitted an error on their end) and after about 2 weeks the missing Greencard was produced and mailed, and we now have it.
