If you are facing criminal charges look no further than Hart Powell. I do not know how I got so lucky to work with them. The Public Defenders office was taking too long by some miracle of God and I was blessed to have Attorney Morgan Minter take my case. In the beginning, I was a little afraid. We didn't talk much but I didn't know of anything to ask, this was my 1st Class D Felony. Some people would ask me questions that I couldn't answer and they all said get a new attorney and I said no, I REALLY think I already have the best attorney. She acts so calmly. I'm freaking out becaue I have no idea what's happening and she is very confident, she explained everything so I understood. She told me from the very beginning to trust her. Something just made me feel safe the whole time. I never doubted her...but I really didn't know what to expect.. She keeps it short sweet and to the point. I thouht I was going to be shipped off to jail or prison and Attorney Minter arranged a meeting so I could sit down with the prosecutor to tell them my life story essentially and I explained how and why I got into using drugs. And much more. And on the day of my sentencing, I was completely blown away. All of my charges were dismissed. Attorney Minter was my savior. I feel like a completely different person, I feel like I stand taller, I'm smiling more. She will get the job done. Ask for Attorney Minter. You won't regret it.

Got myself in some trouble back in October 2023.. I had initially hired a lawyer from another firm, and 8 months into it, I wasn't feeling very confident of my outcome, so I reached out to Hart Powell because a friend at work recommended I work with Morgan Minter. I set up an appointment with her, and within minutes knew I would be making a change in my representation. She is very intelligent and exudes confidence, both great traits for someone your potentially putting a huge outcome in your life in their hands. I won't ever know what the verdict would have been and where I'd be in my life had I stuck with the first lawyer, but needless to say, Morgan fought for what I needed and got the best outcome for my situation(other than the whole case being dropped). I was in jeopardy of losing my 6 figure job, but thanks to Morgan that never happened. I would NOT hesitate to use her again if I ever screw up again, but hopefully i won't ever need to lol. The fact is that I would not be here to write this review if it weren’t for Michael Hart and Craig Powell. I recommend them to anyone in need of legal representation. I can honestly say I consider Hart and Powell to be my friends after this long and stressful ordeal. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them. Because of Michael Hart and Craig Powell, I now have a second chance at life, and for that, I can never repay them.
