I had a disappointing experience with Chadwick and Crouse SC. After trying to reach them for over two weeks to schedule a consultation, the lack of clear communication was frustrating. A consultation is meant to provide professional guidance and establish a roadmap before proceeding with any case. However, the firm could have informed us from the beginning about specific conditions required for scheduling, saving us valuable time. Their approach to customer service feels unprofessional and dismissive, which is not what one expects when seeking legal assistance. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
