At first I had great conversations with Alex about a Tax Nightmare that I needed help resolving. He seemed knowledgeable and diligent. BUT THEN after I paid the retainer, he completely ghosted me! Made my tax situation SO MUCH WORSE! My nightmare continues, thanks Alex! 😐

Harris and his firm are horrible communicators. After my parents paid them a retainer, Harris said that they would have a proposal on their case in about a week. Over a month went by, then we finally had a call with him. He seemed responsive and competent on the call. I asked him when we would see the proposal and he responded 2 business days. It has now been over two months and he has not responded to calls or emails regarding my parents' urgent situation. He has essentially stolen the retainer, performed none of the promised work, and has seriously exacerbated the situation which he was hired to resolve. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Harris tax law is without a doubt the best tax firm I could have ever asked for. I live in Boston Ma and got into tax trouble honestly out of being naive.
