Update: I got a call back over an hour later from the person I was talking to who claims "we got disconnected". If we did why did it take over an hour to call me back, and after I left this review? And why only address the laughing that you say was from some emoji system when I told you that I was most annoyed with the lack of patience and the rudeness? No, I will not be calling back once I want to pursue this. Another law firm had no problem being kind and helpful. I feel like I'll be going with them if needed. God forbid you call to get some information when your situation has changed. You will be ignored as you are talking, the person will be laughing in the background as you are talking about your situation, you will try to explain how things have changed and they will not understand so instead of trying to understand they will become impatient and hang up on you. When you call back to complain, the person will treat you like you're an idiot and like things were explained to you when in fact they weren't. So insanely unprofessional.

I contacted this firm regarding a social security case that has dragged on for years with loads of evidence to back my claims. I was told that my case was unique and they'd never seen anything like it. They refused to represent me without giving a reason. I contacted the hearings office and spoke with the head of their legal department who told me she would like to speak with "Ms. Crider" and ask why the couldn't step in as counsel because she saw no legal reason as to why they could not. I can only assume either my case was too complex and difficult for this firm to handle or there just isn't enough money involved for them.

They honestly don't deserve one star. Worst disability lawyers I've ever heard of!! Don't return calls (Kelly) Don't update client what's going on!! The person got denied a second time. It is very visible the person can not work!! Call Hankey they say, I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!!
