I recently had the pleasure of working with Barbara Hammers, an attorney at Hammers & Baltazar, on my divorce. I was very nervous about the process, but Barbara made it as easy and stress-free as possible. She is extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions. She was also very responsive to my emails and phone calls. I know I was a bit of a pain in the tush at times, but Barbara always remained calm and collected. She was never judgmental or condescending. She made me feel like I was her only client and that she genuinely cared about my well-being. In the end, Barbara was able to successfully complete my divorce in a timely and efficient manner. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of legal representation.

Geez! that one star review is hideous. I found Barbara Hammers Esq. through a firm called Marble Law. I am no subject matter expert and this being my first divorce I didn't want to deal with the paperwork and stress. In the beginning I was a bit apprehensive to say the least. Taken back by how much these type of things create an anxiety I've never felt before. I say that to say this Ms. Hammers was not only thorough but she explained the process through and through. When I had questions she had the answers. In depth and informative she kept things transparent. I could not ask for anything better. If you are looking for a better than average, want transparency and responsiveness look no further. Do your research, 9 times out of 10 the bad reviews are because some of these people didn't get what they wanted. This is not a Mc Donald's drive through life doesn't work that way.
