Warning: Do not let them steal your money! Ever since this lady Adriana Lopez started working on my case, everything went bad! At first, she smiles and tells you everything you want to hear. Because she wants your money your deposit. Then, when you call back or follow up, she never picks up the call. Only one time, when I pretended to be a new customer, did she pick up the call. When I asked the status of my case, she got mad at me and said she would return my file but not my money. She never sent my file, so I went in person thinking it would be easy just to get my file. When I talked to her, she started on a rant about how the prior owner and employees and assistant messed everything up. Basically, she blamed other people, but SHE was the one who collected my paperwork. I never worked with anyone before her. How is she blaming other people?. Plus, I should mention that her office is chaos!! Papers are everywhere! On the floor, under her feet, on the chair (yes, under her butt!). I took pictures of the mess, which I'm attaching here. This is a nightmare, and it's appropriate that I'm leaving this review on Halloween 🎃 night because she is evil 😈 for taking people's money and being unprofessional by blaming others for her incompetence and failures.

The reason for my review is for the receptionist Rosa who acts as if she was the lawyer with bad phone etiquette, rude, and impersonal discussing matters of my case just because i asked a question. She is unprofessional and extremely disrespectful in her customer service role!

Adriana is seriously the most unprofessional, uncourteous person I have ever encountered. She doesnt value anyones time except her own. Months, weeks will go on end leaving voicemail after voicemail, message after message. She doesnt even give you a TIME or DAY of when shes going to call you. Just a phone call!!! Im trying to get a refund from these people and it has been a nightmare trying to work with these people as a whole. Do NOT waste your time here

I submitted an application in 2020 , ever since that day I have had like 6 different lawyers working on my case, which none have seem to have any interest in my case . Everytime I call to ask for questions or updates the secretary just tells me it's someone new working on my case and tht they are currently busy or not in office, then she tells me she will leave a message for the lawyer to call me back and so far I haven't received that call back . I've been promised a call back at all my attempts to reach the lawyer. This is really frustrating !

Do not recommend this place. They do not care about their clients. If I’m paying a good amount of money, I expect some work progression or at least to be kept up to date on the work being done.
