The Halpern Law Firm was our "go to person" to settle my husband's medical claims. They were suggested by several of his fellow employees and this was advice we never regretted. David Halpern took my husband under his wing - guided him through the process and never made him feel like any question was irrelevant. All of our calls were answered and returned quickly and the paperwork completed promptly. Success in filing was timely but as my husband's condition failed he passed away. David guided me through the executrix process and now 2 years after my husband passing he always returns my calls and continues to guide me. I highly recommend the Halpern law firm. Dave Halpern was recommended to my family by our estate planning attorney. He knew of Dave's work in asbestos exposure related cases and said he was the best! He couldn't of been more right. Dave and his team demonstrated a knowledge and skill that could only be gained from years of experience. The team was very respectful and understanding of the difficulties associated with these types of illnesses. They took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. This helped to take a lot of the stress out of it. Lastly, I have to say how respectful they were of my Father's Veteran status. Every person in the firm we came in contact with thanked my father for his service.
