Initially reached out to firm towards end of 2024 and Rhonda was very helpful. When I wanted to follow up a couple of months later about hiring them they never got back to me. Constant refrain of everyone’s very busy. Asked for a follow up 3 weeks ago to inquire if would they take my case and got no answer. I understand there’s a screening process and not every case is a good fit for the firm but failing to properly update potential clients is really unprofessional. If you’re not going to be able to take on someone’s case that’s fine but PLEASE communicate this.
