Gina Karnh is rude, lazy and unhelpful. Considering filing a complaint with the help of CAP, to the State Bar of Georgia. My mother is her client and 76 years old, my mom called her (as well as myself) to try and find out when the mortgage company wants us out of the house. Gina refused to help or to seek out and find this information out for us. Also didn't offer any advice on how we should find out for ourselves. Her response is "we have no idea, ask the mortgage company". Although legally the mortgage company cannot communicate with us without our legal representation. She was rude, VERY LAZY AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
