I hired Ken Apicella to support me regarding a financial dispute. Ken eagerly informed me that his fee for this service was $2,500. I paid him in full immediately, he did a great job convincing me that he would fight for me. As time goes by I found it to be impossible to get Ken to simply return my phone calls, leaving me in the dark on what was actually happening in my time sensitive case. When I did finally succeed in making contact with Ken, he presented a nonchalant, uninterested dialogue. I called and left several voicemails inquiring as to why Ken has decided not to follow through with providing the service that I paid for. I am still unaware due to the fact that Ken refuses to return my calls. I understand why comics criticize lawyers after soliciting Ken Apicella! NEVER AGAIN!!
