I had received a advertisement letter from this firm after I had received a summons for a judgment to be filed against me by one of the credit card companies so I called and setup a appointment with this firm to see they could help me with this judgment and if this was a firm that I would be comfortable working with that’s all. On the day of my appointment I had a busy day. I had a VA appointment oncologist who is treating my cancer. Am a Vietnam combat veteran with terminal Cancer from agent orange exposure. I am 100% disabled and. My appointment at this firm was 1: PM and I didn’t get out of my Oncology appointment which was at the VA hospital at fort snelling MN. So I had to hurry to make it to Eau Claire WI. When I got there the first thing they wanted was a payment in full before they would even talk to me. It could only be paid with cash or debit card. No credit cards. Having Being busy I did not have a way to pay them and told them my situation and that I would gladly pay them just not on that day. They Refused to even talk to me. And were not nice about it. I am 77 years old and any form that treats their clients with lack of trust and respect I will not recommend to anyone.
