I heard about, Birmingham Men's Law Firm, on, Jox 94.5. The,"Men's Law Firm", is the part that grabbed my attention. I was going through a very hard time in my previous relationship, and ended up having to get, DHR involved. The, Attorney, that was appointed to me, I did not feel was what I needed to achieve my, ultimate goal of, being reunited with my 2, Biological, Children, and a child, I have raised from birth, that not biologically mine. After nearly a, 2 year long battle, not only did, Birmingham Men's Law Firm , help me gain back custody of my,2 Bio's, but my 12 yr. Old, Daughter, that was not biologically mine. I strongly believe that this would not have been achieved without their help! I will always be grateful for everything they have done for me , and will continue to use them in the future for any further matters that may arise! Thank you, Nicole, Greg Jamie, and Amanda! I needed representation to defend a fraudulent child support accusation. I heard the radio advertisement of Gregory C Starkey of the Birmingham Men's Law Firm. The Men's Law Firm is what grabbed my attention. Ms Nicole Carter was the attorney that fought the Judge and my ex-wife. Although Ms Carter was repeatedly denied the documentation requested to defend these false accusations, she proceeded with what we had. What a masterful defense she put on that even changed the countenance of the Judge. We were victorious!!! I thank God for Ms Carter and the Firm for the excellent representation received. I hired the "Mens Law Firm" last year paid 4000 up front to represent me in a civil matter with my now exwife. Explained to them about her disorder , Borderline Personality Disorder to be exact. Because the judge here doesnt like me ,because I stand up for myself and know my rights, he ruked against me wouldnt listen to me about her condition. He actually said in court " theres nothing wrong with her, she looks perfectly fine to me." I thought I had retained the founder and his daughter. I wasnt contacted again until the day of court, i sent videos of her behavior , our daughter wasnt even spoke too. She never talked to any attourney including the guardian lite. Yet my lawyer ,who wasnt the owner or daughter some new one who was suprised by all this , folded in a secret conference I wasnt allowed to be in. Never went to court for what I hired them for and they kept the 4000 after withdrawing at the first apperance. Not one time has any lawyer stepped up to fight for my rights. RUN AWAY ,THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU, ONLY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves and change the name of the firm. Yall are not for fathers rights at all. My lawyer even said my civil rights dont apply in civil court. Imagine that your God Given Rights dont apply. Wouldnt even return my phone calls. 4000 dollars stolen just like that.
