Great service from courteous and professional staff. My wife and I were referred to Grand Strand Law Group by a neighbor and they certainly did right by us. All staff from support to paralegal to our attorney were friendly and professional. We went to them to have a trust package prepared and they did an excellent job. All of our options were clearly explained to us and all of our questions were answered in full. Our documents were prepared promptly and with great care. No revisions were required when we met with them earlier today to review and sign off on each. We would certainly use the services of Grand Strand Law Group again.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Use This Firm This was our fourth home purchase in the Myrtle Beach area, but our first (and last) time using this law firm, and it was a complete disaster. While the staff was pleasant and did a good job leading up to the closing, the real issues started on closing day—a Friday. There was a delay with the bank wiring the money, but it eventually went through. However, the firm allowed their staff to leave early for lunch, and no one stayed to confirm that the closing had been finalized. Because of their incompetence, we were left in the dark all weekend, unable to access our own property. We had family members coming from across the state to help with demo work, and contractors scheduled to start on Monday. Everything had to be canceled, including equipment rentals, dumpsters, and other arrangements, costing us thousands. We had to pay over $130 a day in interest for the first month, which added up to over $500. On top of that, the delay put us more than a week behind on construction, costing us even more and leaving us stuck with multiple mortgages while we renovate. To make matters worse, when I finally got through to a partner after four calls over two days, she was unbelievably rude and dismissive. She constantly talked over me and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. She said she didn’t care about a bad review because “people will still use them.” That tells you everything you need to know about their attitude toward their clients. We simply asked them to cover the $500 in interest we incurred for a house we couldn’t access due to their negligence. Their response? They claimed they don’t even make $500 on a million-dollar closing, which is ridiculous. This firm is lazy, dishonest, and doesn’t care about its customers. Do yourself a favor—use someone else who actually values their clients. They will also lie and say that the funding approval was not there. This is so far from the truth to justify them not doing their job. Again, blame the customer and take no responsibility. They left work and couldn't verify the transaction because they wanted a long weekend. BEWARE! Like this comment if you decided not to use them because of this. Bring me a little bit of happiness knowing they didn't screw you over too.
