I recommend Jackson and his team very highly for getting me through my bankruptcy! From my first appointment, where Jackson gave me a very relatable talk about what my options were legally and what I could do at that point (I chose bankruptcy), all the way through to the end, I always felt I could pick up the phone and call Abigail and ask questions at any time. Jackson and his team got me through the whole process and I hardly had to lift a finger. Just really nice people that you would be happy to deal with!

I went into this process already feeling nervous, vulnerable, and unsure. I had scheduled an appt with Jackson just a few days before they had an availability so I quickly gathered my information in preparation for our meeting and scheduled time off of work. This was just a consultation to discuss if this was right for me. My husband is working at a new job and was not able to make it but could meet for a few mins over the phone. Upon me making the 50 min drive to his office, Jackson quickly told me "I am an attorney and it is my policy that I do not meet with engaged or married couples without the spouse present .. NO exceptions". This man was arrogant and not at all the kind, compassionate, understanding type of person I would want representing me during a hardship. I had reiterated that my husband could meet over the phone with us but it wouldn't be able to be for the full hour. They proceeded to tell me this was their policy and "you can reschedule or there are other bankruptcy attorneys you can see". I did not realize it was such a make or break decision for him that my husband be there, it was not mentioned in any of the daily emails or texts I received from his secretary how important it was. He told me it was on their website, as if everybody reads the entire website before scheduling with him. Totally disgusted by how they handled this situation and I am glad he saved me the trouble. Will definitely be finding another lawyer and my opinion is that you do too.

I can not recommend Turner Vaught enough! Bankruptcy can feel like the end of the world. Jackson, Abigail worked with me for over a year to guide us through this process. They stood by me until the end and never felt any negativity that comes with bankruptcy. This team is very knowledgeable, professional and would recommend them for anyone seeking help with bankruptcy.

Turner Vaught made the complicated issue of bankrutcy easy. They were there thoughout the entire process with instructions on how to proceed and what to expect. If you find yourself in a similar situation I absolutely would recommend Turner Vaught.

I knew alot of my options before going to my appointment, I only had a few things that I wasn't sure of but Jackson went through his "speil" anyway and just as I thought I need to file Chapter 13. I was told it would cost more to do so and when I called to inquire if I would have to have the 5000.00 up front, I was assured that " they know why I'm there and they would put me on a payment plan", but when they finally got back to me with an answer to my question about keeping my house, the receptionist told me I would have to pay everything up front. I asked why did they tell me otherwise and she replied "I don't know, he's (Jackson) my boss." I chose this firm because of the great reviews but I guess I should have took the negative reviews more seriously.
