I was with my leashed 39-pound Corgi when a neighbor walking across the street dropped the leash of his 150- pound Bernise Mountain Dog. The dog suddenly and without warning barreled across and ran into us, knocking me down. My forehead hit the cement sidewalk and I suffered a concussion. Since this was the second time in 6 months that we'd been attacked by the same dog, I was determined there would not be a third time.
