Dads, if you're fighting a false Order of Protection, DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM OR SPECIFICALLY STEPHANIE MCLEESTER They are nothing but a money grab lawyer and law firm. Let's start with what she did not do but charge for it . 1) She failed to provide the courts with the evidence she told me she would obtain and that I told her to Obtain from the glendale PD and eveidence we provided to her at a high cost for her to review 2) Stephanie thinks she and her law firm can charge you whatever they want EXAMPLE 870.00 to drive to court and got there 10 mins late. 3) Stephanie thinks she is worth 335.00 an hour when 100.00 is way too much for her, and I wouldn't hire her for that amount 4) Stephanie objected only once in court and stated this was only about the Order of Protection when the commissioner walked all over prior orders 5)Stephanie went to the commissioners boss before the hearing due to the hearing date that was scheduled before she obtained the evidence I strongly requested even before the hearing was scheduled in which she ignored 6) Stephanie did not use 1 peice of evidence we provided her or even try to object to anything the commissioner stated Stephanie wasn't in this for the best intrest of me or my daughter she was only there to lose the case and line her and her law firm pockets 7) Her billing statement is available to anyone who wants to see it.. see attached billing statement.Also I will be filing a complaint with the Arizona Bar Association for excessive charges, and for being charged for services not provided.Again it's not about you or your family it's about how this lawyer and law firm can take your money for nothing .....STAY AWAY FROM GOLDMAN LAW FIRM AND STEPHANIE MCLEESTER My response to the owner comment 1)Where you involved in any of our conversations? 2) My bad, not 375.00/ 335.00 3) At no time did Stephanie state to me that my evidence is bad, and most of our conversations were witnessed and heard by my fiancé 4) What confidentiality are you afraid of people seeing what you charge excessively for ? 5) When you hire a lawyer, they work for you. If they don't like what you want, then they should dismiss themselves or, in your law, firm actions take all the money 6) When you fire a lawyer end of all charges from that point on Thank you for your reply just to cover up anything you don't know nothing about.Just to protect your law firm.Please see your reviews on Facebook, tic toc and getting some shirts made up more then happy to drop some off to you Sorry your not gonna hide behind your make believe we're a family oriented law firm Also, it just shows an excuse to take the money and run instead to talk to us to find a solution.
