Carl Glatstein was my attorney and I strongly encourage anyone looking to find someone else. He did not follow through on specific and necessary actions that were very important to my case. I needed to ask him, try to convince him and follow up with him for the time he “supposedly “ represented me and even then, he agregiously failed to carry out very important actions, culminating in saying he got caught up in something else he was doing and failing to file something important to me with the court. I believe I lost potential inheritance due to his unwillingness to take actions for me. I was confirmed in this by the contrast of my lawyer that replaced him. She was absolutely looking out for my best interest and I was in shock when we first met and she immediately wrote a letter to opposing counsel to request documents I’d been asking for for months. I didn’t need to convince her of anything. Really review any feedback on your prospective choice.
