When I called and asked for Michael Germain to discuss legal issues regarding personal injury for free consultation as your website recommends the secretary refused to leave message or take the call and said you are not taking any cases regardless of the situation and told me to call Florida lawyers hotline. Even if you can’t take the case which you haven’t even heard about, a referral from an attorney not a phone desk person would have been more professional. With three locations I hardly believe all three locations are too busy and don’t have an attorney who wants to hear the case.
