You wait months and months, if you don't call them they'll never keep you informed if they answer, leave messages, you can't do that cause its full nobody checks that but they get their money. Nobody never answer the phone, and when you go there you have to tell them your life story before you can enter the office. Make it make sense, come on people. No clients, no money!!!

Extremely unresponsive. Had to call multiple times just to get an update. Was told on multiple occasions I would be contacted later in the day, which never happened. I know these matters take time so I didn’t think to much of it at the time. Months later I received a packet in the mail with copies of faxes that alerted all other parties involved that I was no longer being represented by the office. My first time being informed was when I opened this mail. Very disappointed. Talked to lawyer after receiving the packet, he advised me of further steps. I advised I would take those steps & call him back. Took those steps the same day & left a voicemail on his personal line about what to do next. I Never received a call back. This review is being posted months after receiving packet in the mail and speaking with lawyer. As of today I Still never received a response to my voicemail. If I knew this was the experience I would have had I would have took my case elsewhere. I didn’t receive the communication & information in a timely manner to make that decision. A relative used them previously & recommended using this office. This was my experience.
