The representation provided by Mr. Foley did not feel adequate nor genuine. He seemed knowledgeable but inexperienced and it always took a long time for him to return my calls. In trial he seemed quiet and didn’t speak up in my behalf and my ex husband got primary custody of my son. I paid a lot of money to his firm for absolutely nothing in return.

We had a great experience working with Foley & Foley as well as a positive outcome in our case. We received excellent customer service from start to finish – all our questions were addressed in a timely and professional manner. Valerie provided direction & resources for us to work with after our case closed. The Foley’s are knowledgeable, thorough, and professional - I highly recommend this firm and would work with them again in the event legal representation is needed.

I prepared everything I needed for court. My evidence was color coded, dated, categorized and itemized as necessary. Once Bo explained to me the things he needed from me to move forward, I took it seriously and gathered my evidence as such. I carefully explained what my needs/wants were before the court date and directly before going into the courtroom. It seemed as though we were on the same page. He understood these terms were not super flexible, but I was open to compromise so long as it was reasonable. At my first hearing, the things offered to me (from him and the opposing party) after our initial discussion were nothing of what Bo and I had discussed. It didn’t seem like he had put up much of a fight because he was trying to get an agreement started quickly as he had another client he had to see after. And so, we used a hand-written agreement to start. I felt good to be moving forward, but I had not quite obtained what I wanted. With that, I tried to do a better job at collecting evidence to find myself in the same situation, but worse at my next hearing. It was clear to me that the additional evidence I had been asked to send and the evidence the opposing party had sent had not been reviewed. With that, the discussions we had about my expectations/wants had also been completely forgotten. This was a major court date for me and it was disappointing to feel like the only person tracking my case was me. I got a different outcome than what I expected and felt doubtful thinking about how it could have been better had everything been taken into consideration. Communication is a big thing to me. I emailed him only when necessary, as I understand I am not his only client, however I often had to call the office to get answers because it would take over a week or so to get an email response. Even then, if I ever left a message it would take over a few days to get a callback and even then it would just be a relayed message through his assistant. With that, Ms. Ross, the assistant who answers the phone, is phenomenal at listening and trying to find answers, but oftentimes had to wait on others to give her a direct response. She definitely made this whole situation better as she would provide me with reassurance that I would eventually get a call back. The two times I was able to go to the office after our initial meeting, it felt as though I was being rushed and unheard. I spent a lot of time putting the evidence together for him and it felt as though that was all going to waste. Additionally, other than the initial meeting discussing the types of information he was looking for, I wasn't offered much legal advice from him when I would reach out to him. I just did what felt right. On both of my court dates, I was disappointed because it felt as though Bo did not read any of the material provided prior to court, even information he asked for. I had a piece of evidence that I had compiled which he sort of dismissed and then later that was the key piece he used. This was a solid piece of evidence, but the other pieces provided aided this evidence as well. He did an okay job at using this piece, but there was no depth to it. Additionally, the opposing party was missing information, documentation and lied about things that perhaps were not caught due to the lack of preparation for this case. On top of all of that, I replenished my retainer twice in addition to my initial retainer fee. Both times were right before I had to go to court the last time and were within weeks of each other. I hired Bo in August (paying my initial fee) of last year and by end of November/early December received my first replenishment request (understandable as that was a few months into my case). And then, by January I had to replenish my retainer again. After all of the evidence provided and gathered (which had very sparingly been sent by email) I felt as though the quality of service compared to the quality of evidence provided was not matched.

A very positive experience. Mr. Foley was knowledgeable and explained my options very clearly. He explained the risks and never tried to sell me on anything. I liked that. I appreciated his integrity and honesty. I will certainly turn to him again if the need arises.

They are trash... Don't do it... Find someone else. Ms. Ross is a sweetheart but Bo is a joke and needs to find another profession. I would be in jail right now had I stuck with this law firm. Didn't have a good experience, at all and was a waste of money. Tried to plea me out first thing smoking, without even taking a look at what I had to offer. Didn't even glance at the video evidence I had whether it would hurt or help me. Not even looking at it tells me all I need to know about this law firm. Don't waste your money you'll just be giving your money away Go with Anderson and Law, they really care and don't want to just take your money.
