My final trial date was 12/11/23... I can't begin to even recount all the times over this past year of freedom from the hell I lived in with my ex, that I have thought fondly of Michele. I am beyond grateful to what she did for me in empowering me to live a life with my boys free from the oppression of their dad. Obviously as with all custody cases, I still have to deal with him. But when I do I hear Michele's voice talking me through it. 100% without a doubt, I know Michele was THE lawyer God meant to handle my case. She was a literal Godsend! I recommend her over and over whether through verbal conversation, through people I knew in church, or over facebook mom groups, etc. This is the lawyer you want... she is no nonsense and will not sugar coat anything for you but gives blunt honesty and helps you figure out how to make the best of it. She will tell you like it is and throw you the hard truths, and even cares enough to educate/explain things when you are being hard headed or difficult rather than drop you. Divorce and custody is ugly but this hard working woman is the one you want holding your hand through it and finding the best way to cope and even thrive throughout the whole process. The five star reviews are obviously paid reviews. Marc will take your money and do nothing for your case. As the other two negative reviews have stated, he likes to do nothing and berate you while you are facing aggressive opposition. He gets annoyed every single time you make even the slightest request, to the point you can literally see him shaking with rage in front of you. Never hire this man or give him your money, if you want to lose your case do it pro se, the results will likely be similar, but you won't have paid someone to lose your case for you.

If you are a single father I would not recommend working with Michelle Garza. I felt the whole time she was not working for me. My wife attorney when asking for stuff would have very detailed request which were pages long. When sending a counter response or response would look like barely any effort was put into it. We were constantly fighting and just felt like she was never on my side. Was not happy with the results of my divorce.
