**DO NOT TRUST THIS LAWFIRM** In February of 2023 I retained the lawfirm of Gary.L.Morris to represent me in a felony case as well as a divorce case. I never spoke with Mr.Morris directly. I always spoke with the lawfirms paralegal Robert Powers about my retainment. He informed me that it would be a total of $2,250. $1,500 for the felony case & $750 for the divorce case. He also informed me that an attorney client agreement form would be coming in the mail for me to sign and return. Which I never recieved it. During the following week I reached out to the lawfirm of Gary.L.Morris and asked when we would have our initial attorney client consultation. I was advised by his paralegal Robert Powers that Mr.Morris would be reaching out to set it up. I informed Robert Powers about my financial situation and that I was nervous about having a lump sum of money in my trust account at Robinson Correction Facility. The next day I was advised my Robert Powers that Mr.Morris thought it would be best to place my funds in an attorney client trust account with his law firm. I sent a total of 3 checks to Gary.L.Morris Law Firm totaling $25,000. During the course of my involvement with the lawfirm I never signed and attorney client agreement or for any charges what so ever to be made to my attorney client trust account. Amongst many fraudulent transactions that where done to me the one that sticks out the most is that Mr.Morris allowed his paralegal to withdraw $15,551.00 out of my attorney client trust without first speaking to me. I have never been made aware as to where that money is and that money has never been returned to me. Even though I have made numerous attempts certified mail and telephone. I filed a report with the A.R.D.C "attorney review and disciplinary commission 10 months ago. *DO NOT TRUST THIS LAWFIRM**

Negative 1 isn't even a start. I hired you guys to get my sons outdate corrected but you took almost a year and still never done your job. I hired Joe pioletti to do your job and he had his outdate fixed within 2 months and when I call you hang up on me, say im being a bother darn right I'm being a bother I hired you to do a job and I kept calling due to the fact that you didn't do your job! You never called me to tell me how things were or if they were progressing. And I paid you 1200.00 to do that job like you asked excuse me that I expected you to do your job. Don't hire him he will take your money and do nothing, his assistant Robert talks to you like a dog when I call, hangs up on me. They are not professional at all! I'm turning that office and employees into the better business bureau and bar association.
