Had an issue that I needed legal help with, within this firm's range of specialties. Called them, provided some information to the person that answered. She assured me that I'd hear back within a couple of business days. After 2 weeks, I called and left a message. They returned my call, left me a voicemail informing me they were declining my case. Nothing more. Sure would have been nice to have some feedback as to why. Also would have been nice if they'd gotten back to me as promised without my having to chase them down. Avoid these people.

Hi you guys! You’ve been doing my Mom’s Estate since she passed. It’s been a year, Sept 2023-Sept2024, you said it wasn’t much $ and not complicated and yet, it’s been a year. You’ve charged us a lot and given only $240k from a $430k home with 40 acres in Strasbourg Colorado. I don’t want to be charged more for enquiring, when is this done? You said it would take 9 months.

Just wanted to leave a review for Matt Dall at the Gantenbein Law firm. Matt helped us navigate a tough situation with an HOA and the end result was very positive. Matt is patient and clear in his guidance and we will use him for our real estate needs in the future. I particularly liked the fact that he himself was the only person we spoke or dealt with throughout the entire process.

Christopher Turner showed kindness, patience and strong knowledge when advising on my case.
