I was hit by a semi 24 times in my small sedan. I hired Ramos. I agreed to a contract where they receive 33% of my settlement. They pushed me to use a specific clinic to have chiropractic adjustments and massages due to some whiplash. I found out after my treatments that this clinic was owned by Ramos. They charged $620 per visit for a 30 minute massage, and a 15 minute chiro adjustment!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I should have asked more questions up front. Obviously I was completely taken advantage of because I didn't fully understand this area. So, in the end, Ramos received almost 80% of my settlement. What a joke! Beware, they only care about money and do not have peoples best interest at heart.
