I have been working with Kristi McKennon for nearly 2 years on my personal injury case and we just wrapped things up today. I have so much appreciation for Brenda’s promptness with handling the hospital, ambulatory services, doctors offices and three different insurance companies. Brenda’s efforts allowed me to focus on healing and recovery and undoubtedly saved me hours of phone calls fighting to get my bills paid. In addition to the exceptional client care I received, the outcome of my case was equally as good. Kristi’s efforts in fighting on my behalf with two different insurance companies resulted in a settlement much higher than I had anticipated and without ever having to go to trial.
