Thats right Nala Paloverde! I hired one attorney and got shuffled around from person to person to go through my retainer and absolutely NOTHING was done on my behalf, did not even file 1 document for me, not prepared for hearings either. They only wanted to go against me and after they robbed me of thousands, had the audacity to admit it, and ask for more money. Absolutely unethical!

I have been through a grueling custody case and have also had my share of attorney's who caused more harm than good. My situation has immensely improved since hiring Scott Neinas. I only wish that he had been recommended to me sooner. I greatly appreciate what he and his team have done for me. Not only are they proficient at their jobs but they have also shown compassion and care along the way. I would recommend this firm to friends and family.

Run away from this firm as fast as possible! Myra’s office will churn your account, they will pay interns to do work they should do, they won’t keep you informed, even as you’re heading to court! They were not prepared and they did not prepare me. They are phonies. They are not available and arrogant when they are. I eventually had to leave this firm and the next firm was disgusted by the chaos they inherited.

Scott Neinas represented me very well throughout the process. From the initial consultation to the eventual trial, Scott was able to get me a great outcome--not only due to his skill and professionalism, but because he actually cared about my case! First, this firm's rates are twice the going rate. I foolishly believed that this would get me the best representation. In fact, we were crushed by my ex's attorney charging a third as much in total fees. Some of my friends who are also clients have run up fees of hundreds of thousands of dollars without anything to show for it. Myra is thin skinned and will not tolerate any questions about strategy, fees or efficiency about handling the case. Further, she will not estimate the costs involved for even simple work. I got no guidance on my case or the range of outcomes I could expect. Just bills. She justifies this by stating how long she has been practicing rather than citing client successes.

Choosing this firm was the worst decision I made in 2021 by a long shot. I wish zero starts was an option. Run, do not walk from this firm.
