Overall I think this law firm is worth pursuing but they definitely need improvement in the initial communication process. The beginning of my journey with this law firm started off rocky, not only did I feel as though there was no communication amongst my team and I, but I hadn’t even met my lawyer and his paralegal in person until my deposition. From the starting point of my deposition to the time of my mediation, not only was I kept uninformed about the status of my case, but I was also uninformed that my lawyer had changed companies and was no longer on my case. That being said, once my new lawyer Harrison and his team took over my case, the process ran smoothly and efficiently. Not only did he and his paralegal Ella stay thoroughly communicated with me, but they also made sure to explain every aspect of the case to me until the end. When finished, Amber helped me with the completion process and they showed me excellent customer service. I would recommend using them for future cases.
