After scheduling an appointment 2 days ahead, they called day-of and rscheduled my appointment from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The lawyer I was to meet with was still not available at 2:35 p.m. They called at 2:40, but I told them I wouldn't be needing their services, I can't trust them to be professional. Their response says they get held up with court proceedings and other time sensitive matters, and I understand that, but they did not reach out to me before my appointment. I had to call them 35 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start, because no one had reached out to me. They finally called (returned my call) 40 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start. Unacceptable. They can call to reschedule if something important got wedged into the schedule. Sounds like they forgot. If they pull this on me, they'll do it to anyone, including a judge.. I don't want that behavior representing me.
