I had an accident two years ago, and since then, it’s been a long and challenging journey. I’ve gone through several therapies and even had surgery. My husband and I are still waiting for the case to be resolved, and I understand that accident claims take time and aren’t immediate. Despite this, the team has always kept me informed and supported me; they’ve never left me alone at any point. Roxy and Melinda have been amazing and are always looking out for us, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. Whenever I have a question, they answer with patience and clarity, and they’ve never ignored any of my calls. They’ve explained every step of the process and made sure I understand what’s happening with the case. I really feel like they care about my well-being and my family’s. Honestly if I could I would give no stars. I'm not doing this for attention, I'm doing this because this is an honest review. I am a current client. The accident happened on May 4th of last year. I have done all the physical therapy, injections, and nerve damage exams. They all said I will need therapy for life, I have nerve damage and I have 6 herniated disks, 3 on my neck and 3 on my lower back. I have missed work because of my pain. She told me oh thats not there concern. I was like what? You aint concerned about my future? Did I call the wrong attorney? I haven't been given an offer or anything like that. I am tired of waiting. Update, they rather send me to another lawyer than help me lol 😆 smh
