Mr. Epstein and his entire staff went above and beyond to help me and make the process the least stressful as possible. When there was a theft of the car I had reaffirmed on my bankruptcy, they (Amanda especially) listened to me and reassured me that there were solutions and they advocated for me with my insurance and lender.
