After a long ordeal of dealing with the delays of State Farm, Adam and the staff at Eddington pushed my case through with better than expected results. Quick background on the case: the lawyer on the State Farm side had been delaying for over a year and wanted to have a deposition. I was rear ended, and the case was definitely an open and shut one, so a deposition seemed like another move by the defense to delay the case even further. After I expressed to Adam the frustration I was feeling around this, we met at his office and he surprised me with excellent news. He said: "we're not going to have a deposition. They're going to settle and were going to get twice the amount you previously were quoted." Within a couple of weeks, I received my check and got close to $20,000, which was double the amount State Farm had quoted us previously. I'm truly grateful for the efforts of Adam and the team at Eddington, and would definitely recommend others to choose this firm for personal injury cases. One word of advice for future clients: make sure to keep in communication with the Eddington team and they will treat you very well. It can be overwhelming with the magnitude of work flow that gets pushed through the office, but once you open up communication with them, they will absolutely go above and beyond their duties and will get you a higher settlement than you thought you were going to get. I contacted this Adam Gleason in November of 2023 when he agreed to take my case. At the time of intake, Adam stated that they moved quickly and he would get started on the case right away. I followed up every month because nothing was being done, or accomplished in my case month after month! In May of 2024, seven months later I received the only professional letter from Adam Gleason regarding any progress whatsoever. The letter stated that he was "Terminating Representation" because he didn't feel the case was worth enough. No phone call, just the letter. This man is immoral, lazy, has an atrocious work ethic should have his license revoked. I have decided to report him to the Colorado Bar Association.
