I had a really good experience with this Law Firm overall. The cost is the lowest I could find (although it's not cheap..) but they offered a payment plan which was helpful. I chose her because I filed for an uncontested divorce with my ex and the paperwork was extremely difficult, the Court here would not actually help us with the paperwork, and we were threatened that we'd get charged a fine if it was filled out incorrectly. I decided that it was safest to get an attorney.. I liked that it was usually easy to get a hold of the attorney at the Law Firm (Brittany) and that her and the Office staff were kind and helpful. Everybody who works at DocuPrep is very knowledgeable of the divorce process. With their help, all the paperwork was done quickly and correctly, so we divorced almost exactly 3 months after filing (which is quick since the mandatory wait period is 3 months). Filing for uncontested divorce can be very tricky if you're attempting to file yourself with no legal knowledge or experience, with all the tricky legal jargon involved and the fact that no one at El Paso County Courthouse actually will help you fill it out. 5/5 stars!

This an amazing business; the relief that comes from knowing that your legal affairs are being conducted accurately and with your best interests in mind is well worth the cost! They offer payment plans and all costs are explained upfront. The legal documents were prepared with accuracy and I was given a realistic timeline that just added to my peace of mind. Brittany was professional, thorough and able to explain instructions clearly in layman's terms so they could be easily understood. She is easy to communicate with and made herself available to answer my questions at every step in the process. She always let me know when she would not be in the office, which made me feel like she was my private lawyer on retainer. If your on the fence on whether you should hire a law firm or use the self help center at the court house without a lawyer or hire Brittany and her team to prepare your legal documents, I would choose Brittany and DocuPrep. Every. Single.Time.
