Sadly!! I don't even know where to start. My outcome with firm was Very disappointing. The paralegals who works for Distasio are very impatient, rude, doesn't have any compassion, misguided, horrible communication, & etc...the list can go on. I started out with working with a paralegal named Shelly she and seemed to be very overwhelmed and quit, then they assigned a woman named Kathy who was very impatient, rude, combative, and just all around made me feel like I was a nuisance. Unfortunately I was rear-ended twice in the matter of 2weeks, suffering with 6 herniated disc in my neck, 4 in my back, and along headaches and whiplash. My daughters were involved as well, one being a minor and my other adult daughter were injured as well. Not one person in that firm has ever met us and didn't even have the compassion to get to know us better. They seemed to be very lackadaisical. David was the complete opposite. David was very understanding, professional, compassionate, thorough, patient, and thoughtful. I understand my family and I were not their only clients, however we all felt horrible when we needed to communicate with them. I did a lot of leg work in the beginning of our case, as far as needing a car rental and needing to take ubers bc unfortunately I am suffering with PTSD from these 2(not my fault ) rear end accidents. I called a couple of times to speak with Scott, left messages and never got a return call from him. Melody ( assigned lawyer) I may have spoken to her a total 4 times in a 9 month time spand. My family and I have suffered a great loss and to have to deal with people like them was horrifying. I wouldn't recommend. I could on & on about how I've never experienced this much lack of professionalism.
