I made an appointment with Dessaules Law Group and paid the fee to secure an initial consultation. However, my experience was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, when I called in for the initial scheduled consultation, I was informed that the attorney couldn't meet me because they were running late due to another meeting and was not able to accommodate my appointment. Fair enough, these things happen but there was continued unprofessionalism from this point on. I was asked to reschedule, which I did.The attorney was made aware at the initial rescheduling that I would be on vacation. As this consultation was of high importance to me, I arranged to still meet with them during vacation. However, when I called in for the rescheduled appointment during my trip, there was initially no answer. After persistently trying, I finally got through, only to be told that the attorney "had stepped away from their desk and would be calling me back". 19 minutes past the scheduled time, I still hadn't received any callback. I called again to express my frustration, that it was now evident that this attorney has no sense of urgency or regard for their prospective clients' time. Overall, my experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. They seem to lack basic professionalism and respect for their clients' time. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for legal assistance.

This review is long over due. The Dessaules Law Group saved my life. When I thought all hope was lost, Jon & his team advocated for me. My HOA tried to pass a bill over to me as a result of a flood in the building I live in that I was not responsible for. The flood damage displaced me for three months, destroyed all of personal belongings, and happened as a result of the negligence from the property management company. Jon & Jacob went through great lengths to help me and stood by my side fighting for the injustice I was going through. They were diligent, great communicators, and most importantly great listeners when I was going through such a hard time in my life after what felt like losing everything. Myself along with 8 neighbors, were being sued by our HOA for a wall that they claimed we all were damaging and responsible for. We filed a counter suit. It was a long, stressful process, no fault to our attorney David. My opinion is that the hoa wanted to drag it out in hopes that we either go broke or just give up. Anyway, long story short. Every judgment was in our favor. The Hoa sued us, trying to have us pay over 50k to fix or replace the wall. Now my estimation is that the hoa will have to dish around a quarter million! Our HOA sued us over our addition due to a setback violation. We had never had to retain a lawyer before in our lives and suddenly we were in a panic.
