In March, 2020, before covid shut down businesses, I researched a few tax attorney companies, looking at their reviews. I was very skeptical about Denny & Boulton because they had almost perfect reviews and I thought, too good to be true? But I liked what was said about them and since I had to start somewhere, I made the call and set up an appointment - worse case scenario, it wasn't a good fit and I moved on to someone else. I met with Stephen Boulton, whom I instantly liked because he wasn't judgmental about my incredibly complicated tax situation from years past to the present. At no charge to me, we talked for an hour and a half, he gave me my options, his opinion when I asked for it, and never pressured me to go with their services. I left, saying I would think it over and let them know if I wanted to retain them, but I had such a good feeling when leaving that I had already pretty much made up my mind. I could go on and on singing his praises, but to sum it up, I would recommend Stephen in a heartbeat to anyone that needed tax assistance, and that's saying a lot coming from me! It wasn't cheap, but I know you get what you pay for and my situation was really complex and I knew it would take many hours of work to sort it out, so it was worth every penny! Through their portal, I could send documents and ask questions and Stephen always responded in a timely matter and was very patient with me. It took a few months, but not only did he resolve and file my taxes, but gave me pointers on how to proceed in the future. I definitely got my money's worth, as well as peace of mind. My advice is: Believe all the reviews - they are true!

I cannot begin to describe the great experience I encountered with Michael Denny! It began with a complicated case involving a suit filed against me by another attorney. There was a IRS tax issue involved with my former business, and along with the other issues, Michael was able to negotiate with the other parties involved, and reduced the amount I owed to the other party to one fifth the amount they were demanding! The tax issue was resolved easily with a settlement plan I can live with.
