Me and my fiance used Jason. We were told his case would get thrown out and I didn’t even need to be at the hearing if I had to work. We tried to give Jason extra information about the complex case and were told that none of it was relevant but it was brought up in court by the other party and it became relevant. The case did not get thrown out like we were told it would and my fiance was given jail time. I was devastated and I felt like Jason was annoyed with me more than anything because I had questions about next steps and if there was anything I could do to get him out of jail. He did return my calls with questions over the next few days and I apologized for bothering him to ask questions but he seemed mad and rude when I spoke with him. After my fiance was out of jail he spoke with Jason as well and he got the same rude impression. Jason was supposed to file something for my fiance to prevent further issues with his ex and nothing ever got filed. I’m disappointed in my experience after reading good reviews from this firm. I felt like they were not very supportive or nice the process if the results do not go your way in court.

I will say without any hesitation this law firm is NOTHING but GREAT!!!! I was in a very sticky situation that I could have been convicted of not 1 but 2 criminal charges. But, with the help of Kurt as my lawyer my entire case got DISMISSED before even going to a final pretrial!! Kurt was true to his word and did everything he could to get me out of this mess!! I was at first a little nervous as I had read some pretty nasty reviews but I can 100% tell you my experience hiring Mr. Richardson was nothing but as good as it could get! Literally!!! He is straight up with you and doesn't do any funny business. He's here to support and represent you for you!!! 5 stars all around I cannot thank him enough for the work he did for me and the price was not outrageous at all! 2k for a case lasting 5+ months and getting a full dismissal at the end!!! MOORE ATTORNEY AT LAW IS WHO YOU WILL WANT AND NEED REPRESENTING YOU!!!
