I have been a client of Daspit law Firm once before. An accident on the oilfield left me stranded, but now everything is fine. My experience with the firm and with my attorney, Robert , has been excellent. It's very appreciated that you've taken care of my needs in such an outstanding manner.

Horrible customer service and communication.
My case has been ongoing since October 2022 and it is now the beginning of April 2023. They have changed my attorney at least 4 times, each time I’ve had to figure it out by calling and begging the receptionist for a name of who to even ask for.
The last person I spoke to, Mark, informed me himself that the previous attorneys hadn’t even begun to start debating with the insurance of the vehicle that hit me. ITS APRIL. What do you mean all of these other attorneys haven’t even started? I’ve finished my treatment from the accident in January and need to get my car fixed.
At this point I’m about to look for another company and have you lot send over my information so SOMEONE can get the job done.
Do NOT use this company. All of the positive reviews are from being asked to make them. I know, because I just deleted my positive review before writing this one.
Working with the Daspit team was enjoyable. They offered timely, friendly, and competent service and frequently went above and above to accommodate my particular needs. The procedure was made simple by Jordan's prompt communication and availability.
So disappointed by Daspit law firm and Keir McAlpine. I could not get emails or phone calls returned...literally went 9 months with no communication and when my settlement did come in, he sent it through email with NO explanation! I totally felt I wasn't any kind of a priority and I also felt unprepared for my disposition, because only about 30 minutes was spent on the phone with me and my partner, for what turned into a total of a 6 hour disposition. We were told all along we were fighting for an available amount far greater than what was even available, but we found this out in the end by email, with no returned calls
for an explanation. We were "encouraged" to get more medical procedures with their referred medical establishments to help us prove the case. In the long run, it just ate up most of our settlement after these expenses were paid. I couldn't be more disappointed that we choose and trusted Daspit Law firm with our personal injury case!
