Decided not to take my case without hearing anything about it because "they do not do Medical Malpractice". **EDIT** Recieved a phone call from Mr. Dan Caplis himself who stated he was unaware of his site stating his firm offered malpractice and that they were working to remedy it (pictured). Mr. Caplis was apologetic and listened to a quick rundown of my case... even offering to refer me to a malpractice attorney. After speaking with Mr. Caplis I can see why his firm is rated so well.
