Impossible to reach - does not return phone calls. Dan Beatty was recommended to me by a fellow lawyer. I reached out to Dan with an urgent matter and left a voicemail. Beatty did not call me back for a full week. When he did, he called when I was unable to answer the phone and left a voicemail. I tried to returned his call within 15 minutes, but he didn't answer. 5 days later, he has yet to respond to my response voicemail, either.
