Cory did a great job of settling a family dispute. He provided excellent counsel and drafted a letter that successfully resolved the conflict. We started by discussing the flaws in the family court system, and it was reassuring to speak with someone who seemed to share my perspective. I genuinely thought I had found the right firm to fight for mine and my daughter's rights. However, the tone of the conversation shifted abruptly when I mentioned that I had filed a 1361 complaint against CFI Stephanie Suzanne. Without taking the time to understand the reasons behind my filing, I was told the firm needed to discuss my case internally and that they would follow up with me. Unfortunately, that follow-up call never came—which is why I’m writing this review. For anyone curious, Stephanie Suzanne is listed on projectjusticecolorado.com with alarmingly low ratings, and it's clear from the site that others have raised serious concerns about her practices, especially regarding fairness toward fathers.

Stay far far away from Curtis law firm!!! David represented a Spanish speaking friend of mine that asked me to assist with the language barrier and to help him understand the process. After almost 2 years and 16k in billing David was completely unprepared to go to court. We were so embarrassed at the representation that Corey the owner of Curtis law had provided. Jackie who is an assistant for Curtis law was excellent to us and sat in on the the horrific representation that David put on and agreed with us in person that David was poorly prepared. After 16k we entered a courtroom for the first time and Dave recommended settling on a ridiculous offer. After watching Curtis law approach the judge without a single piece of paperwork in front of them to state our case we new it was time to cut our losses and hire a new law firm. I have 30 text messages from David the day before court showing how ill prepared he's was . Would love to share them if anyone is interested. I called Corey a couple days ago to discuss compensation for there poor performance and he avoided my call and told Jackie we were welcome to contest there billling!!! Any after we get through this difficult divorce that's exactly what we will do.. unfortunately this has been drug out way longer than it should have been.
