Consultation at your own risk: im.here to tell the truth. If he really looked at my lease agreement. He could have told me how to defend myself.. but he continues to say I'm poor.. CLS has income restrictions. Hash is still re-editing his comments. Went from mushroom issue to something else. (UPDATE: as you see his 5 min is now 30 min (17 min after another edit), more lies, integrity means a lot to me, unfortunately..not everyone values that, and hostile? I cried. And was sad when I hung up. "THEY" never made a referal.. That's not hostile it's being a victim. one may see he lies, why would he tell me to go to cls if i already went there before calling his office...Dis-honesty wow, my case was in office of my landlord, not in court, nor litigation.. haha more lies!) the negative reviews on YASH here I believe are legit. His other sites like Avvo, say free consultation. That's not true.. its $150 for 5 min. (And not refunded) Yash, don't bother bashing me.. It won't make up for the fact i was told I would get a refund, then you had your assistant put me on the phone with you.. just so you can keep my money. Despicable. My bank said your letter to the to.keep the money was scripted. I'm not the first to be scammed. Review: He knows he can't take your case before the "consult fee" yet he takes the consult fee then tells you on the phone he doesn't take "these cases". That was the $150 visit. Anyone needing Tenant Landlord help, you are better off.. going to Modest means than this jerk who will take your money on your way to being homeless. If i couldnt pay someone he refers, (as he stated), then why take my $150 too.. ? Not a care in the world to steal $$ from a vulnerable person. I could not count on a referral either .. thats another lie. Just being honest here.. Note: My case was resolved. It took an.advocate a few minutes of reading my lease to help me.. for FREE. Not bc I wanted pro Bono, but bc he has a heart on simple cases.
