Chaka has been my attorney throughout the entire process of overturning a previous judgement. We were just recently victorious. Her confidence, compassion, warmth, understanding and knowledge are beyond measure. She advised and updated me all along the way and made sure to anticipate possible actions, interests and motives of the other party as well as the judge so that we could enter court as prepared as possible. As hard as it was, she made me wait until we were ready to go before the judge and was not quick to enter to courtroom and represented me extremely well. She was a worthy opponent against the not so ethical attorney that represented the other party in the case and proceeded to not allow nonsense or anything that was counter-intuitive, counterproductive or most importantly, not in the best interest of my children and myself. She is down to earth, intelligent, witty and on your side with your interests in mind. She helped me to correct a horrible judgement and furthermore, she helped me to regain my confidence as a parent and not be intimidated by the court system any longer. Black woman who answered the phone today 9/9/22 refused to transfer me to an attorney or anyone with information on how I could speak to someone. She laughed it off and said it’s up to me Google the name of who I want to speak to. I said anyone would do. She was aggressive, rude, and disrespectful to me and I will not be doing business here because of this situation
