We talked to 4 other attorneys about our case Cristina was the only one that seemed to know exactly what we needed. We decided to have her represent us and it was amazing. She was professional and helped answer every question along the way making sure we understood exactly what was going on during the entire process.

I was nervous about this whole process. We were going to look at different lawyers and after meeting her everything felt right. This is definitely one investment that I do not regret doing, it was well worth it. In the initial meeting we got all the information we needed she was upfront about cost and processing times, no hidden fees, and offered a payment plan as well. Throughout the process we were in constant communication, and would answer my questions in a timely manner. As the interview date got closer we had a zoom call to prepare and that helped tremendously, she was thorough and we took our time. The day of the interview, she took care of everything from the moment we walked in, knowing she was representing us made this experience so much better. Nothing compares to walking into the interview stress free and with confidence.

I called for initial consult, which she did provide. Very knowledgeable to be honest. However, at end of call she told me I was required to pay $60 for the consult which was 30 minutes of her time to tell us things we knew we had to do. (We just actually wanted rates if she felt she could help us). No one informed me of this and being on a budget I did not have it. Cristina began to say how disappointed she was and more and less that I was lying. When I explained 3x over no one informed me of this fee, if so I would have scheduled after my pay date especially since there is currently no rushing anything right now, and I did not have it she then told me she was disappointed in my tone....I had remained very professional but of course there is some hostility to the voice when you are feeling accused of falsifying things, which I was not. The charge for an initial Consultation should have been presented up front, not after the conversation. She could have even been professional and told me to please call back asap with payment and then we can proceed with your case. No problem. Mind you I will be calling back to pay her fee but I will never do business with an individual who is so manipulative and unprofessional.

Got there for my appointment at 3 to find there was nobody there, I called and was told that the lawyer would be delayed for at least 30 minutes. They told me I could wait or reschedule my appointment. I told them thank you and hang up. Would not want the service of people who not only don't let you know in advance if there is going to be a delay on your appointment but also let you wait outside in the sun while having a lobby inside of the building. Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
