I would not use this firm. Phillip Comorski charged $15,000 for an appeal and had barely any contact from day 1. When people reached out to him for updates (as his client is incarcerated) he told them not to contact him until after the holidays. Turns out it is because his law license was suspended from October 2022 to January 2023 due to misconduct. He had Gabi Silver file an appearance without notifying his client of any of these issues going on. The appeal he was hired for was denied in November 2022 and the only reason we know is due to tracking the case online. Mr. Comorski, nor Gabi Silver, have not returned phone calls or emails to date. Mr. Comorski was taken off the Cripps and Silver website during his suspension and now is back on. Absolutely would not recommend.
